F2 FLORAL FASHION Terms and Conditions Contract A 50% deposit is requested at time of your confirmation of your order. Please contact us at 403-678-8402 or via email, firstname.lastname@example.org, to provide payment and credit card information.
Deposits can also be received in the form of e-transfers (preferred), cheque, money order or cash however credit card particulars must also be provided. Your order will not be confirmed by us until the deposit has been received by us. Once the flower and materials order has been placed with our supplies, the deposit becomes non-refundable. The order is typically placed with supplies within five (5) days of confirmation of your order. The balance is due upon completion of your order, we prefer an e-transfer upon completion date or alternatively your credit card will automatically be charged for the balance owing to us.
We will design a custom order and select flowers and products for your order according to your description of your event, your budget, your colours/theme and your consultation requests. However, orders are subject to availability of product, and we reserve the right to substitute a product of similar value, quality and colour. If substitutions, changes or alterations to be made, we will make a reasonable attempt to notify you and to keep the order as close to the original order and your request(s) as possible, but we can make no guarantees. We will work with you to try to make it right. However, any substitutions, changes and alterations to your order will result in an additional charge to you for any additional labour and/or materials. In rare circumstances, if we are unable to provide your chosen item or a suitable substitution we will advise you as soon as possible and work with you to revise your order.
You are responsible for arranging for pick-up and storage of the final product upon completion (which can be up to 6 months prior to your event) as we have limited storage space available. Your order will be protected with tissue and/or cellophane but if you would like us to supply an appropriate plastic container for an additional fee. Deliveries/set up are in addition to quoted order or as otherwise specified in the quotation.
Included in your quote is a sample photo(s) representation of your order, to give you an idea about the design and selection of the flowers and products for your order. This is not the actual final product and may not be a true representation of your final product.

Once a deposit is recieved by F2 Floral Fashion it represents your agreement and acceptance of the F2 design service process and that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the F2 Floral Fashion Contract.
